Ovo veoma zapaženo vino iz vinograda u Sremskim Karlovcima je svojevrsno otkriće – jer otkriva impresivan potencijal sorte grožđa probus, srpskog meleza kadarke i kaberne sovinjona.
I to je divan brak! Bujnu aromu čini kompleksna mešavina voća – crvenog i crnog uključujući malinu, kupinu i dud; malo ima i borovnice sa čokoladom te kremastim nugatom i rogačem takođe; plus suptilni biljni i grafitni nagoveštaji.
Nepce je jednako uzbudljivo: sočno i mineralno sa voćnim reminescencijama crne ribizle i kupine u kombinaciji sa pikantnim i biljnim elementima; tekstura je gotovo mastila; tanini mogu da se žvaću; blistave kiseline i dugačko nepce koje je zabibereno - biberom!
Čist začin gde neočekivani dodir tamarinda (tropske mahunarke) doprinosi egzotičnom izrazu. Izuzetno ukusno!
This highly distinguished wine from vineyards in Sremski Karlovci is a revelation of sorts – because it reveals the impressive potential of the Probus grape variety, a Serbian crossbreed of Kadarka and Cabernet Sauvignon.
And a lovely marriage it is! The lush aroma is a complex blend of fruit – red and black, including raspberry, blackberry and mulberry; some blueberry, too – with chocolate, creamy nougat and carob, plus some subtle herbal and graphite hints.
The palate is just as exciting: juicy and minerally with blackcurrant and blackberry fruit coupled with savoury and herbal elements; an almost inky texture; chewy tannins; bright acidity, and a lengthy end-palate that’s peppered with – peppery! – spice.
An unexpected touch of tamarind adds to the exotic expression. Distinctively delicious! |
