Uglavnom sve u vezi sa ovim vinom izražava suptilni, ali ljupki karakter – ono što inače oslikava pošten prokupac. Nežne arome crvenog cveta i voća, sa dodirom tosta od sazrevanja u drvetu, glatko prelaze na nepce.
Meke, sveže note crvene ribizle i šipka sa laganim dašcima moke i sladića prenete su unutar čiste, vitke strukture. Ima i mineralnosti – one fine, naravno. Oštre kiseline i tanini - koji kao da pomalo grizu - daju vinu mladalačku svežinu.
Uz uticaj specijalnih Pichia kvasaca korišćenih u ovom vinu, alkohol dopire do pitomih 13%. Što znači da vas očekuje elegancija u čaši.
Most everything about this wine expresses a subtle-but-lovely character - which is what an honest Prokupac is about. The gentle red blossom and fruit aromas, with a toasty touch from wood maturation, smoothly transition to the palate.
Soft, fresh redcurrant and rosehip notes with light touches of mocha and liqourice are conveyed within a clean, lean structure. There's minerality, too - albeit fine, of course. The zippy acidity and tannins - which give a bit of bite - lend to the youthful freshness.
With a little influence from the special Pichia yeasts used for this wine, its alcohol comes in at a tame 13 %. Which means elegance in the glass. |
