Impresivna bordo mešavina – kaberne sovinjon, kaberne fran, merlo i petit verdo – idealna je za trpezarijski sto. Buke je složen i zavodljiv: crna trešnja, kupina, borovnica, cimet, kedar, strugotine od olovke, eukaliptus, ljubičice, cvet trešnje i suptilni nagoveštaji glicinije i sladića. A ako to nije dovoljno - samo sačekajte nepce!

Koncentrovane tamne voćne note kupine, ribizle, bobica trnjine i tamne šljive maze se sa cimetom, lavandom i borovnicom. Odlična berba 2021 blista savršeno integrisanom kiselinom i alkoholom (15% a tako lepo integrisano!). 

Duga voćno-začinska završnica otkriva samouverenu notu crnog bibera. Taninska struktura naglašava mladost ovog vina – ​​veoma oštra i štipkava – što je pojasnio proizvođač Miša Cilić: „Ovo vino je još beba“.  Zahteva dosta vazduha u dekanteru i čaši. 

Ali ne oklevajte da bocu odložite za narednih nekoliko godina! I samo budite sigurni da ste je prethodno nabavili!

 Mouthwateringly delicious, this ONYX red 2021 underscores Serbia’s strong footprint in the Balkan wine world. 

An impressive Bordeaux blend – Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot – it’s ideal for the dining table. The bouquet is complex and seductive: black cherry, blackberry, blueberry, cinnamon, cedar, pencil shavings, eucalyptus, violets, cherry blossom and subtle hints of wisteria and liquorice. And if that’s not enough – just wait for the palate ! 

Concentrated dark fruit notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, sloe berry and dark plum cuddle with cinnamon, lavender and blueberry. The excellent 2021 vintage shines through with the perfectly integrated acidity and alcohol (15% – so nicely integrated!).

 A long fruity-spicy finish reveals a confident black pepper note. Emphasising the youthfulness is the tannin structure – very edgy and grippy – which is explained clearly by producer Miša Cilić: “This wine is still a baby.”  Needs plenty of air in a decanter and the glass. 

But don’t hesitate to lay the bottle down for another couple of years! Just be sure to get a bottle in the first place!
