Nemojte da vas sorta grožđa zavara. Dok tamjanika – ili sorta Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains (beli muskat sitnog zrna) – može dati veoma aromatična, ali donekle jednostavna vina, ova Tamjanika Nobile uzdiže to grožđe na jedan novi nivo.
Krajnje impresivne strukture, ovo je vino (iz vinograda u Župi) sa elegancijom i stilom, počevši već od bukea. Divne note citrusa, zajedno sa ananasom i naznakama zove, bosiljka i ruzmarina, momentalno dočaravaju vizije, baštu sa začinskim biljem i voćnjak egzotičnog voća.
Ukus – savršeno zreo – isporučuje sortnu tipičnost kroz začine muškatnog oraščića, bosiljka i ananasa sa finom citrusnom i mineralnim podlogom. Pravo iznenađenje je završnica – nastavlja se unedogled, otkrivajući sveprisutne note muškatnog oraščića i ananasa uz osvežavajući dah limuna.

Don’t be fooled by the grape variety. While Tamjanika – a type of Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains – can often produce highly aromatic but somewhat simple wines, this Takjanika Nobile takes the grape to another level.
Very impressively structured, this is a wine (from vineyards in Župa) with elegance and style, beginning with the bouquet. Lovely notes of citrus together with pineapple and hints of elderflower, basil and rosemary immediately conjure up visions of an herb garden and an exotic fruit orchard.
The palate – ripe on point - delivers varietal typicity such as nutmeg spice, basil and pineapple with a fine citrusy, minerally undertone. The real surprise is the finish – which goes on and on, revealing ever-present nutmeg and pineapple and some fresh lemon zest.
Such a surprise – and what a delicious pleasure!
