Koncentrovani šardone u novom svetskom stilu – samo bez viška hrastovine. Veoma harmoničan buke izražen bogatim aromama kruške, kapima pomorandže, kore limuna i mnoštvom biljnih mirisa – posebno estragona i timijana – zajedno sa prizvukom lista deteline i čistom mineralnom pozadinom.
Na napcu je zreo i ukusan sa notama dunje, kruške, žute jabuke i bele dinje; takođe i malo lagane kreme od vanile i diskretan podton sladića. Sveža struktura istaknuta je divnom kiselošću i upotpunjena dugotrajnim začinskim završetkom.
Savršeno za slaganje sa prazničnim jelima od svinjetine – uz prilog od kiselog kupusa (sa prstohvatom kima).
A concentrated new world style Chardonnay – minus an excess oak angle. Such a harmonious bouquet expressed with rich aromas of pear, orange drop, lemon zest and plenty of herbaceous scents – particularly tarragon and thyme – along with hints of leak, clover leaf and a clear mineral backdrop.
The palate is ripe and delicious with quince, pear, yellow apple and white melon notes; also some light vanilla cream and a discreet undertone of liquorice. A fresh structure lifted by lovely acidity and complemented by a lingering spicy finish.
Perfect for matching with holiday pork dishes – with a side of sauerkraut (infused with a dash of cumin). |
